Squid Donut and Fife

I simply love black and white Zentangle. No color, only pen and pencil over paper. I used my Art Raffle app to pull out a sequence, and it gave me some very basic tangles and string: Donut String with tangles Squid, Printemps and Fife (all three Zentangle).

Instead of a regular donut, I used an elliptical one off center and this is what came out. I’m always surprised at what comes out.

These Zentangle tiles must be magic, whenever I feel there is no more room for anything else, somehow they manage to get more and more. Sheesh! Tangles are Phossil, Zentwining (Lynn Mead), a marine version of Mooka with some Fancy Caps and Opus.

This one had a “less loved” start with Zenith and sat on my desk for a long time. Suddenly the thing just came to life with Phossil, Zentwining and some Fancy Caps! Now it's one of my favorites. Just to show, don't give up on your less loved tiles.

Daily meditation included Purk, Spention (Emily Houtz), Mysealiam, Nik (Bunny Wright) and more. A very interesting result, strange, but I like it. Makes me wonder, what's happening here? Is someone entering or leaving?
