Purple Found Flowers

I repeated the exercise of the Found Flowers, wanted to see if it was a fluke or if flowers really could find me :-) Once again, I started with a tremendously sloppy watercolor painting. Here is the before and after the flowers found me :-)

I'm surprised at how warm and vibrant the final picture is, compared to the drab colors of the underpainting.

I'll just have to keep trying these again and again.
