Ornate Compass

During the summer I held a creativity workshop for Zentangle-Inspired-Artists called the Compass workshop. This design is a case study showed during the workshop. In the next few pictures you can see some of the progressive steps to reach this ornate version.

Some of the pictures were made on my ipad, others directly on paper with inking pen.
