Straight Lines Tangles Class now public
This super fun black and white class is now available to the public as a video recording. The original idea was to explore ONLY straight lines.
The acronym ICSO stands to represent the different kinds of strokes you can use to create patterns, and well, pretty much anything.
For a long time, I really didn’t care much for straight line tangles, but I got into Phroz (Lynn Mead) and found it super fun.
In this class we also explored my new tangle Voadora. I love the curved visual effect it creates, even though there is not a single curved line in the construction.
Here are two pictures using ONLY straight lines. We also cover some shading as well.
You can find this video class at my video shop.
Feel free to pin or share these pictures if you like.
Nursing the flu with a sore throat had me drawing quietly this week, no classes. The Art Raffle gave me an orb string and Mrth (Zentangle) and some other tangles. My hand had other plans and just went Crescent Moon on me, and suddenly it just wanted to tangle Aquafleur. I like it!
