Pezino tangle and Overlap

Happy Valentine's day! There are so many heart-themed challenges out there that I decided to do something different at the Shading Zentangle® Facebook group: we're exploring the power of one of my favorite "visual depth cues": OVERLAP. "Overlap", also called layering, is when you draw one thing in front another, partially hiding the one behind. Combined with carefully placed shadows from the front object cast on to the one behind it, an image can appear super 3-dimensional and complex.
